Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your organization.

Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full access, billing, delete org
Admin Manage apps, links, members
Member Create and manage links
Viewer Read-only access

Invite a Member

  1. Go to Organization SettingsMembers
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee will receive an email with a link to join.

Pending Invites

View and manage pending invitations:

  • Resend - Send the invite email again
  • Cancel - Revoke the invitation

Manage Members

Change Role

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click the role dropdown
  3. Select the new role

Remove Member

  1. Click the menu (⋮) next to the member
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

⚠️ Warning

Removed members immediately lose access. Any links they created remain in the organization.

Transfer Ownership

To transfer organization ownership:

  1. Go to Organization Settings
  2. Click Transfer Ownership
  3. Select the new owner (must be an existing admin)
  4. Confirm the transfer

Best Practices

Principle of Least Privilege

  • Give members only the access they need
  • Use Viewer role for stakeholders who only need reports
  • Reserve Admin for team leads

Offboarding

  • Remove members promptly when they leave
  • Rotate API keys if a member with API access leaves
  • Review and update permissions periodically
