Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Organization Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select your new plan
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- Complete payment
Yearly billing saves 20% compared to monthly.
View Usage
The billing page shows your current usage:
- Apps created vs. limit
- Links created vs. limit
- Team members vs. limit
Payment Methods
Add Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Card
- Enter card details
- Click Save
Update Payment Method
- Click on the existing payment method
- Click Update
- Enter new details
Remove Payment Method
You can remove a payment method if you have another one on file.
Invoices
View and download past invoices:
- Go to Billing → Invoices
- Click on an invoice to view
- Click Download PDF if needed
Cancel Subscription
- Go to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
- Data is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime
Reactivate Subscription
If you've cancelled:
- Go to Billing
- Click Reactivate
- Select your plan
- Confirm payment
FAQ
When am I charged?
You're charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You'll receive a warning when approaching limits. At the limit, you won't be able to create new resources until you upgrade or the next billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact support within 14 days for refund requests.
